Delivery

Delivery is always paid for  (non-refundable in case of return) by the customer, and shipped by Royal Mail post. Although most deliveries are within a shorter period (around 10 days), please allow up to 28 days. Made to order products will take longer, although customers will be notified if this is the case. Dellivery is usually £6.50 per pair, safety footwear is £10 per pair, and for rigger boots - £15. These  increases are built into the footwear price. So, although you may be only charged £3.90 for delivery on your order confirmation, for safety products, delivery is more.

Orders from EU member states are liable to pay VAT at the UK rate of 15%

All international orders may be liable to pay local import taxes. Bigger Feet Ltd will accept no responsibility for these additional costs.

Returns

Returning your goods is simple. Within 28 days of delivery, you may return any item in unworn condition for a refund for the price of the goods. Made to order goods are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for international orders unless the customer posts the shoes back themselves.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 3% surcharge - this covers what the credit card company charges us for a refund and the bank charges us for a cheque.

Cancellations

A customer has the right to cancel an order upto 7 days from the delivery date without a reason. A Refund will be given immediately.

If the shoes have been dispatched already, the customer must return the shoes, unworn. In this case, a refund will not be given until the shoes have been returned, and the package and posting costs will not be reimbursed. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss / damage.

If the cancellation is made before the goods are dispatched, a full refund will be given.  To cancel a product, please contact us sales@biggerfeet.co.uk, quoting all the relevant details.

Faulty Goods

If goods are thought to be faulty or incorrect please return them to us using the returns form and label provided with your goods. If the goods are incorrect, a refund or exchange will be given, according to the customer's wishes.

Goods will be accepted for return if they have been damaged in the post, or if they have developed any faults during a period of reasonable use. This period of use, and the faults incurred will be determined by Bigger Feet Ltd on a case by case basis. If we do not feel that the return is justified, the customer must pay an extra delivery charge to have the goods returned to them.

 Pictures

All efforts are made to keep the standard of photos on this website high. However, there may be some variation of colour between the photos and the actual product. Unless we have sent you the WRONG colour product, i.e. black instead of red, we will not accept responsibility for colour variation.

Prices

Whilst Bigger Feet Ltd endeavors to maintain the prices on this site up to date, they are subject to change at any time, without prior warning, and at no liability to Bigger Feet Ltd. If a product is purchased at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Postal Damages

All returns are the liability of the customer. Refunds will not be given for goods which are damaged or lost in the post en-route to Bigger Feet Ltd. For re-imbursement, the customer must contact the Royal Mail with their proof of delivery certificate in order to claim compensation.

In Addition 

Because we are continually developing our range, there may be some slight variations on the specifications and colours shown on the webpages. Biggerfeet reserve the right to withdraw a product without prior notification.
